The XGROOVE Cancellation, Late Arrival, and Refund Policy
If cancellation of your drum lesson is necessary, we require that you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointments will receive a full refund. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow other students access to their drum lesson at that appointment time.
How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may click on the change/cancel appointment button in your confirmation email that you received when you scheduled your drum lesson. Or you can also contact us by phone or email to make changes to your appointment.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. For changes or cancellations beyond the 24 hour window, please contact us directly by phone as the scheduling app will not let you make any changes after the 24 hour window. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge a $15 missed appointment fee.

Late Arrivals
If a student arrives more than 10 minutes late for a 30-minute lesson or more than 15 minutes late for a 45-minute or 60-minute lesson, you will need to reschedule the lesson. This ensures that all lessons begin and end as scheduled. If you choose not to reschedule, you will forfeit the portion of the lesson that was missed due to your late arrival.
Please note that rescheduling may not always be possible within the same day, and availability may vary depending on the schedule. To reschedule, you can contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Your understanding and prompt communication allow us to accommodate other students and maintain a smooth lesson flow for everyone.
